Indian IT giant Wipro has joined forces with Intel Foundry to push the boundaries of chip design and manufacturing, particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence (AI). This strategic collaboration aims to address the booming demand for AI chips, fueling the development of next-generation products.
“As a key design services and alliance partner, Wipro will work with Intel Foundry to accelerate the development of their most advanced process nodes, including the Intel18A,” announced Wipro in a regulatory filing. This partnership aligns with the expected 38% annual growth projected for the global AI chip market from 2023 to 2032.
