“I am not scared of CBI, ED,” Rahul Gandhi, referring to PM Modi’s interview aired on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaking to a news agency said that Rahul Gandhi does not listen and sit in Parliament. Rahul Gandhi while addressing an election rally in Uttarakhand on Thursday, explained what PM Modi meant and said, “PM Modi said Rahul doesn’t listen, which means ED and CBI can’t silence Rahul Gandhi and he is not giving up.”
PM Modi said that the external affairs ministry and defence ministry had given detailed clarifications regarding Rahul Gandhi’s accusations in Parliament. “How do I reply to a person who does not listen and does not sit in the House?” PM Modi asked. Further, he stressed that his government believes in dialogue and does not attack anyone.
Recalling his Parliament speech, Rahul Gandhi said, “In my Lok Sabha speech, I questioned the two Indias that PM Modi is making. One India belongs to the industrialists; the other belongs to the poor and unemployed. In first India, you can get anything if you are an industrialist. Then PM Modi replied with a long speech mentioning wrong things about Congress”, Rahul Gandhi said.
