Shinde Sena’s next course of action:
With the Supreme Court extending the deadline for them to respond to disqualification notices, the Shiv Sena’s rebel group, led by Eknath Shinde, is said to be planning to approach the Governor and inform him of their decision to withdraw support from the MVA, triggering a floor test.
BJP’s offer
According to sources BJP has offered 8 cabinet berths to Shiv Sena rebel group led by Eknath Shinde. Shinde group will deliberate on it at 12 PM on Tuesday.
It is highly likely that BJP will offer Deputy Chief Minister’s post to Eknath Shinde.

Shinde referred to the Supreme Court’s notice to the deputy speaker of the Maharashtra Assembly as a “success of Balasaheb’s Hindutva.”

Shiv Sena RS MP Sanjay Raut described the ED summons to him as a “plot” to prevent him from taking on their political rivals in a time of need. “I have no affiliation with any of the businesses the ED named. I have to speak at a rally in Alibaug, thus I won’t be able to go to ED.
Uddhav Thackeray’s last-ditch?
A Cabinet meeting has been scheduled for today at 2:30 pm by CM Uddhav Thackeray. The Maharashtra Governor had requested information regarding the circulars and government resolutions that the state government had issued between June 22 and June 24. According to sources as many as 14 Shiv sena MPs out of 16 are in touch with the Shinde fraction.
