Dinesh Chocha, 24, from Gandhinagar who came to seek justice in a democratic manner was insulted and beaten for raising his voice against injustice.
Chocha is a Ph.D student at Gandhinagar’s Children University. He went to the University as seven students selected (without the merit list was out) were known about it privately. To stand up against this injustice, Chocha reached to the University where he was not only beaten by the staff but also faced death threats.
Yogendra Patel, P.S. to Vice-Chancellor in Children’s University that boasts of creating the divine human being. “Yogendra Patel slapped me and also gave me death threats. The clerk supported the whole thing and also said that she will file charges of molestation on me.”
The incident took place in the presence of acting Registrar Ashok Prajapati. ” He threated to call the police and also that he would ruin my career. ”
One can also see Rajeshwari Jadeja in this video who talked about trapping this young boy by falsely accusing him with molestation charges. ” She is the clerk there. She supported the whole ruckus and also threatened me that she’d charge molestation charges against me.”
This is indeed the black day of academics as the rightful voice of this student has been tried to crush thru such heinous action.
The students of Gujarat condemn this disgraceful action and demand the immediate suspension of Yogendra Patel from Hon. Governor and Education Minister of Gujarat for such monstrous act.
Presently, Dinesh has filed a complaint and is meeting with a lawyer to go about this further.
