The beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Scheme must have their bank accounts e-KYC validated by February 10th, an official said.
Meghraj Singh Ratnu, the state nodal officer for the PM Kisan Scheme, stated that it has been made essential for beneficiaries of the programme to complete e-KYC, connect their bank accounts with their Aadhaar, and direct benefit transfers to bank accounts by February 10, 2023.
He claimed that the Indian government has issued directives in this regard. In a statement, Ratnu said that by January 2023, beneficiaries of this scheme in Rajasthan would have linked 67 percent of e-KYC and 88 percent of bank accounts to Aadhaar.
About 24.45 lakh beneficiaries in the state have not yet undergone e-KYC, while 1.94 lakh beneficiaries have not yet linked their bank accounts with Aadhaar.
He instructed the beneficiaries to complete their e-KYC and link their bank accounts to their Aadhaar before February 10. The India Post Payments Bank has been given permission to use the funds.
