| Updated: March 13, 2022 10:07

The most surprising hit of the year 2021 so far is the Hindi version of Pushpa: The Rise- Part 01, which joined the Rs 100 crore club on box office without many promotions and despite its release clash with movies like ’83’ and ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’. For the ones, who are yet to watch this film and the ones, who want to watch it again on their television screen, the makers have announced the date of the awaited TV premiere. The spectacular hit is all set to be aired on Sunday, March 20 at 08:00 pm on Dhinchak TV.

Even this time, Ranveer Singh starrer ’83’ will be premiering on Star Gold on the same day and same time – 08:00 pm. Both these films hit the 100 crore club but ’83’ was declared flop due to the high cost of making. Pushpa won the theatre round but now it awaits television hit as well and it is expected that it will break all records including to surpass the viewership records set by the Akshay Kumar starrer – Laxmii in the year 2020. The reason behind it being premiered on March 20 is the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 15. Manish Shah, the producer of the film – Pushpa doesn’t want its television premier to clash the with the IPL matches, which is scheduled to begin from March 26.
