On its 30th day, the film saw a drop in collections, earning Rs 3.85 crore on its fifth Friday. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie has garnered Rs 1,193.6 crore in India after a month-long run in theatres. Despite a 23% decline in earnings, Pushpa 2 continues to hold its position as the highest-grossing Indian film of the year.
During its first week, Pushpa 2: The Rule amassed Rs 725.8 crore. The earnings further included Rs 264.8 crore in its second week, Rs 129.5 crore in the third week, and Rs 69.75 crore in the fourth week, bringing its total Indian box office collection to Rs 1,193 crore as of day 30.
The Hindi version of the film has been a standout performer, collecting Rs 781.15 crore—a remarkable feat for a Telugu film. In comparison, the Telugu version earned Rs 332.76 crore.
Globally, the movie has earned a total of Rs 1,685 crore, according to Sacnilk. However, the producers, Mythri Movie Makers, report a higher figure of Rs 1,799 crore in 29 days, underscoring the film’s massive success worldwide.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, Pushpa 2: The Rule stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Faahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, and Sreeleela in pivotal roles. The film delves into the rise and reign of Pushpa Raj over the red sandalwood syndicate while contending with formidable adversaries.
With its unprecedented box office run, the makers have already announced the third and final installment in the franchise, titled Pushpa 3: The Rampage.
