Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate 3-day Global Patidar Business Summit tomorrow morning, through a video conference. The summit will be held in Surat and is likely to see at least 5 lakh visitors. Nearly 10000 leading Patidars will attend and many will address the summit on various topics.
Organized by Saradar Dham, the summit is aimed at developing trade and industry in the state under Mission-2026 and to develop opportunities for new entrepreneurs. The President of Sardar Dham said that this summit is expected to create employment, and act as a global platform for local businesses to promote their products.
The summit at Sarsana will stretch across 30 thousand square meters and host nearly 950 stalls. The businesses here will belong to different sectors including sectors including IT, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Food & Beverages as well as Dairy. Diamond, Rubber and Textile industries will also have major representation. Interestingly, the summit will offer 50% relief to women entrepreneurs, agriculture and dairy sectors.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Union Minister Mansukh Mandvia, Purusottam Rupala and Anupriya Patel will also be present at the inaugural function. Apart from political leaders, the summit will see participation from leading industrialists and businessmen from home and abroad.
