Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday, October 3 and will be on remand till October 7, in the drugs probe.
After his one-day NCB custody ended on Monday, Aryan was presented before the judge. Additional Solicitor General of India reported that shocking and incriminating material was found on Aryan’s mobile and asked for his custody. However, Aryan’s lawyer senior advocate Satish Manshinde argued in the court that nothing was found from Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan’s mobile and that there was no possession or evidence of consumption by him, but was from the ship.
In addition, to Aryan Khan, seven others have been detained by the investigating agency for questioning. The controversy came to light when illegal drugs were recovered at a party attended by Aryan and several others.
In addition to Aryan Khan, others listed by NCB include Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra and Arbaz Khan Merchant. According to the arrest memo, 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of Ecstasy and Rs 1.33 lakhs was seized after the raid.
