The government of Gujarat has announced new Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT & ITES) policy guidelines that are expected to attract more investment in the sector. state science and technology minister Jitu Vaghani talked about the policies on the sidelines of Digital India Week that is being held at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
Vaghani said that a completely paperless, faceless, and cashless system will be available in this sector for investors who are seeking clearances. Investors will be able to complete all these processes through these systems.
Furthermore, Vaghani launched the ‘Gujarat.MyGov’ portal and IT-ITES incentives management portal. He told the reporters, “We have strived to present a completely transparent and effective policy. I am sure the policy will attract the best IT and ITES companies to Gujarat.”
On July 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched various digital initiatives as part of Digital India Week 2022 in Gandhinagar. The major initiatives are website IndiaStack.Global, a single sign-in portal Meri Pehchaan, and MyScheme.
