The Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai received a threat call from an unidentified caller who threatened to blow up the institution on Tuesday.
At 4:30 pm, the school’s landline received a call, according to Mumbai Police. The caller asserted that they had planted a time bomb at the school. The caller then cut the line. The local police were notified shortly after by the school.
A case was filed against the mystery caller at the BKC police station under sections 505 (1) (B) and 506 of the IPC in response to the school’s complaint.
A police inquiry has begun. Mumbai Police announced that it has located the caller and will apprehend the suspect shortly.
HN Reliance Foundation Hospital received a threat call in October of last year from an unidentified caller who threatened to blow up the hospital and issued death threats to the Ambani family.
