Actor Samantha Ruth Shares Glimpse Of Her ‘Golden Life’

Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu is quite active on social media and frequently shares snippets of her daily life with her instagram family. Few days ago, the 36-yer-old shared some insights on gut health, and this time, she’s taking her fans through her day, revealing her secrets for her fitness, healthy body and glowing skin.

On Wednesday morning she shared a video “Day in My Life” on Instagram along with the caption, “Life’s Golden.”

The video showcases her daily routine from her beauty rituals to her workout regime. As seen in the video, Samantha woke up at 6:30 am to witness the beautiful sunrise and to intake some natural vitamin D through the sunlight. 

She then started her day by oil pulling.  Its an ancient method involving swishing oil in the mouth to detoxify the body. This technique can enhance skin health by reducing inflammation and promoting a clearer, glowing complexion. After oil pulling, Samantha uses a Gua Sha tool. This traditional Chinese practice helps massage the face, improve blood circulation, and reduce puffiness for a revitalized appearance.

Samantha then headed to the gym for her daily workout at around 7:00 am. She did some exercises like push-ups and weightlifting that help improve body posture, gain muscle and build body strength. A day in Samantha’s life was incomplete without gratitude. After a hectic workout, she took some time out to count her blessings and pray to the Almighty.  

Samantha’s daily routine involves a lot of self-care, which also involves taking good care of her eyes.For her eye care routine, Samantha uses an LED eye mask. It employs light-emitting diodes to target the delicate skin around the eyes, reducing dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines.

Next in her wellness regime is an ice water facial. Before her shoot, Samantha uses an ice water dip. This involves submerging her face in cold water to reduce puffiness, tighten pores, and boost circulation, resulting in a refreshed and glowing complexion.

In the afternoon, Samantha heads to her red light therapy session. This treatment uses low-level red LEDs to boost collagen, reduce wrinkles, improve skin tone, and promote healing, leading to healthier and more youthful skin.

After a long day, Samantha wraps up her evening with a few minutes of meditation. This calming practice helps her unwind and relax, preparing her for a restful night’s sleep.
