A Covid outbreak has suspended the grand finale of Miss World 2021 in Puerto Rico. Around 17 contestants, including Mansa Varanasi (the present Miss India World 2020) have tested positive.
According to organizers, the Miss World pageant will be held at a designated place within the next 90 days. Every contestant will be able to return to their country after getting the approval of health officials.
Mansa Varanasi, 23, from Telangana, is a financial exchange information analyst. She was born in Hyderabad, but studied in Malaysia till Class 10. She returned to India to complete her graduation, and considers Priyanka Chopra as her inspiration. In addition to acting, she has made a name for herself in music, movies, social work, entrepreneurship and more.
