Aryan Khan was best known as Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s oldest son – who bore a resemblance to his superstar father. But October 3 has quite a lot changed people’s perspectives towards him.
The 23-year-old’s identity saw a shift when he became the headlines after being detained followed by a drug haul aboard a cruise ship headed towards Goa by the Narcotics Control Bureau, along with seven others, in Mumbai.
Reportedly, the star-kid is being interrogated by the NCB and his phone is also under examination by the agency.
A peek into the life of Aryan Shah Rukh Khan:
Unlike other star kids, Aryan Khan is not an extreme social media person. His rare Instagram posts on his verified account portray him mostly to be consciously careless and cool; cracking a goofy smile isn’t a part of his social media persona.
Very less known about, Aryan, born in New Delhi, keens to be off-camera and is an inspiring director. Although, he was a part of Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ as a kid. In which he played Shah Rukh Khan’s character’s younger self. His recent moves related to his career support the fact that he is more inclined towards being off-camera. For an instance, he did a voice-over for the character of ‘Simba’ in the Hindi version of the Hollywood movie ‘The Lion King’ wherein his father voiced Mufasa. Also, Shah Rukh Khan in his several interviews has pointed out that his son is keen to become a movie director rather than an actor.
Aryan did his schooling from London’s Sevenoaks and Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda was one of his classmates. He later got graduated from the University of Southern California.
Aryan Khan is still being interrogated by the anti-drugs agency and his superstar father’s comment on the ongoing incident is still awaited.
