Next month shall oversee the programme of The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM). One movie that made it to the screen is Jai Bhim, among other Tamil movies like The Road to Kuthriyar, Perianayaki and Paraasakthi that are on the list to be featured at the fest.
A source revealed that this year IFFM is going to be held from August 12 to 20 and it is going to be a huge affair. The team has created some amazing Indian films that are specially known for their strong and heart-wrenching content. Among other movies that is going to be starred, there will be Paraasakthi, which shall be having its world premiere. The big movie is produced by Apoorva Bakshi, who is an Emmy award-winning producer of Delhi Crime and is directed by debutant Sivanganesh. He has previously worked as an associate director on Soorarai Pootru with Sudha Kongra. The complete team will be travelling to the fest.
The festival will be opened by Taapsee Pannu’s Bollywood film, Dobaaraa. The fest shall also see namma stars Samatha and Tamannaahm, along with Abhishek Bachchan, Kapil Dev, Kabir Khan, Shefali Shah and Vaani Kapoor, taking part in the awards night. Tamannaah, a skilled dancer, will also be judging a dance competition as part of the fest.
