IMD Forecasts Heavy Rains in Gujarat Over the Next Five Days

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast predicting heavy rains in various parts of Gujarat over the next five days, from June 29th to July 3rd, as the monsoon remains active across the state. Light to moderate rain is expected to occur throughout Gujarat during this period.

According to the latest IMD bulletin, heavy rains are anticipated today in the districts of Kutch, Banaskantha, Morbi, Surendranagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Botad, Dwarka, Junagadh, Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Anand, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Daman-Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli.

For tomorrow, June 30th, heavy rains are forecasted for Porbandar, Junagadh, Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli.

On July 1st, the districts of Junagadh, Somnath, Navsari, Valsad, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Panchmahal, Dahod and Chhota Udepur are expected to experience heavy rain.

On July 2nd, heavy rain is predicted for Navsari, Valsad, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli, while the rest of Gujarat may see light rain.

Finally, on July 3rd, Banaskantha in North Gujarat, along with Navsari, Valsad, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli, are expected to receive heavy rain, with light rain likely in other parts of the state.
