Triton Electric Vehicle plans to expand into the hydrogen-powered two- and three-wheeler markets. At its Bhuj facility in Gujarat, it will produce hydrogen-powered two-wheelers and three-wheelers, and it intends to begin making electric trucks this year.
In order to establish a fully-equipped EV car production plant in India with all the latest technology and cutting-edge infrastructure, the company is already in talks with a few Indian states.
With the most recent announcement, it has entered the two-wheeler and three-wheeler markets powered by hydrogen for the first time in India. These three- and two-wheeled vehicles will also be exported from India.
Triton has already established its comprehensive R&D Center facility in Gujarat’s Anand District, where it will develop two-wheelers and three-wheelers, as well as EV trucks, EV cars, and special-purpose vehicles.
The research and development facility is strategically located near Ahmedabad and Triton’s EV manufacturing hub in Bhuj, Gujarat, allowing for faster decision-making.
“Hydrogen-powered vehicles are the new-age mobility mantra.” “Because our priority is to drive new age mobility, hydrogen-fuel-powered vehicles are natural advancements for Triton EV,” said Himanshu B Patel, Triton EV’s founder and MD.
