In what seems like a massive boost to the Farming sector in Gujarat, the State Government signs MOUs worth Rs 2359 crore at a Pre-Vibrant Gujarat Summit which is going on at Anand Agriculture University. The focus of this summit is entering a new era of co-operation in agro and food processing.
Looking at the vast opportunities reputed companies in Agro and food processing have shown their interest in investment opportunities in Gujarat. One such innovative plan is to produce ethanol from rice and corn.
MOUs were signed in presence of Governor of Gujarat Acharya Devvrat and Union Minister Purshottam Rupala.
