Indian railways recently received a complaint regarding the on-going construction at the Anand Railway station in Gujarat. The person who goes by the name Tejas Bamania took to Twitter to inform the Indian railways about his experience.
In his tweet, he said that the lift at the station is not working. and the stairs are not available for use because of the on-going construction. He then requested them to look into the matter as many of the passengers are being forced to cross through the railways tracks. And this is too risky.
Following his tweet, the official Twitter handle of the Indian Railways responded and apologized for the inconvenience caused. They further assured that the authorities have been informed of the matter and due action will be taken soon.
