Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), known for its placements will begin its final placement process from February 8 for the PGP class of 2022. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the entire process will be virtual and the participating companies will not be physically visiting the campus.
The recently conducted Laterals Placement Process on January 30, 2022, saw a range of domestic and international recruiters. The highest offers (20) were rolled out by Paytm, followed by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and American Express. Some other recruiters included Amazon, Atlassian, Flipkart, General Atlantic, Google, Infoedge, Jio, Kepler Cannon, Microsoft, Oracle, Oyo, among others.
IIMA follows a cluster-cohort placement process wherein companies offering similar profiles are grouped into cohorts, and several cohorts are invited to the campus in a particular cluster. There are three clusters as of now and a rolling process post the third cluster will be held if necessary.
