The online eCourt Fees platform has been implemented on a pilot basis initially for the cases filed in the High Court of Gujarat as informed by the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court.
The online access of Stock Holding Corporation of India, approved by the State Government, has been integrated with the eCourt portal using which any party can procure and make an online payment for eCourt Fee.
Here are the steps to ePay
- Open website https://pay.ecourts.gov.in/epay/
- Enter your details with mobile number
- Click Generate OTP, enter OTP Number and click Verify
- Select payment method
- Click On submit
- Click ok
- Screen with court fees amount will be seen
- Screen with court fees amount will be seen
- You can select any mode of payment
- You can enter your UPI ID and proceed for payment OR you can select “Show QR code” option for making payment & click PAY
- Check amount and press continue
