To give a push to tourism in the state Gujarat Government has decided to slash the Value Added Tax on Aviation Turbine Fuel used in Aeroplanes by 5%.
The Chief Minister Office in a press release said Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has decided to reduce the Aviation Turbine Fuel by reducing the VAT by 5%.
By this decision, the Government Tourism Sector will get a much-needed push.
