The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board is expected to announce Class 10 and Class 12 science stream exam results by the end of the month as all the examination papers are checked. The Class 12 science stream results are expected to be declared in the third week of May and Class 10 science stream results by the first week of June.
Talking about the general stream Class 10 and Class 12 results, sources said, the result is expected by the second week of June as the exam papers are still under assessment. The HSC and SSC board examinations were held from March 28 to April 12 and the assessment procedure for science stream papers started earlier on April 11 and general stream paper checking was initiated on April 13. However, the evaluation of general stream papers is expected to be completed by this week.
This year a total of over 13 lakh students attempted the Class 10 and Class 12 Gujarat Board exams. Last year, the Gujarat Board recorded a 100 per cent pass percentage for both Class 10 and Class 12. The students will be able to see the results from the official website – gseb.org on the announced date.
