In the wake of the relaxation in liquor norms, GIFT City Club has announced an increase in its membership fees effective from January 1. The club, known for its ‘wine and dine’ facility, has seen a surge in membership inquiries, leading to this decision.

The corporate membership fees will see a hike from the current Rs 16.50 lakh to Rs 20 lakh, marking a 21% increase. Similarly, individual member fees will rise from Rs 7 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, a significant 43% increase. The club has already communicated this fee hike to its members.

GIFT City Club offers three categories of membership: premium, corporate, and short-term non-refundable. The fee for the premium membership for individuals, currently at Rs 7 lakh, will also see an increase to Rs 10 lakh starting January 1. The corporate business membership fee will rise to Rs 20 lakh from the current Rs 16.50 lakh.

In addition to these, the individual business membership at GIFT City Club, currently priced at Rs 8.50 lakh, will remain unchanged. The 1-year short-term membership fee stands at Rs 1 lakh, and the 5-year short-term membership fee is Rs 2.50 lakh.
