The well-known business leader in the aviation industry has found a new passion in the kitchen. After co-founding Akasa Air in July with eminent stock trader Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Ghosh unveiled his labour of love, the Chourangi restaurant in London on Wednesday.
The former CEO of Indigo, Aditya Ghosh has named his restaurant Chourangi after a neighbourhood in Kolkata. The restaurant will serve authentic Bengali cuisine. Referring to it as his lifelong dream, Ghosh who currently sits on the Board of Directors of FabIndia and OYO has collaborated with Anjan Chatterjee, who owns famous eateries across India such as Mainland China and Oh!Calcutta to name a few.
