Shark Tank India fame, Ashneer Grover, informed his fans and followers about his father’s passing on social media. He posted a touching message and a picture of his father. Ashok Grover, his father, was 70 years old.
Ashneer wrote: “Bye Papa. Love you ! Take Care of Papaji, Badi Mummy, Nanaji and Naniji in heaven. Ashok Grover (S/o Nand Lal Grover). 04.08.1953 – 28.03.2023.”
He has received condolences from all around the world. Sunil Grover responded with his prayers.
Amrita Rao’s husband RJ, Anmol replied: “Very Sad to Hear this Ashneer bhai a Son to lose his Father… his 1st Hero is the deepest Loss. Myself and Amrita stand by You, Madhuri and your Family in this time of grief. He will Continue to be Your Guiding Light … May His Soul Rest in Peace.”
Ashneer and his wife Madhuri recently travelled to Varanasi to see the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. He shared a photo of his reverent outing.
He wrote: “Saturday night out at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Amazing temple and chants of Shayana Aarti transcend you to another world!”
Since his involvement in Shark Tank India’s inaugural season, Ashneer has become a popular figure. Even though he wasn’t a part of the second season, netizens were really unhappy without him. He became well-known for his one-liners and the word “doglapan.” Ashneer published a book called “Doglapan” because the word became so well-known.
