In her recent post, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has publicly claimed that she gave birth to Elon Musk’s child five months ago.
St. Clair, 31, famous for her far-right views and controversial opinions, made the announcement in a post on X, writing: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”
She accompanied the post with the Latin phrase “Alea lacta est” (the die is cast), signalling a decisive moment with no turning back.
St. Clair explained that she had initially chosen to keep the matter private for the safety of their child, but that tabloid media had caught wind of the story and were planning to make it public regardless of the consequences.
“I intend to allow our child to grow up in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honour our child’s privacy and refrain from invasive reporting,” she stated.
Elon Musk, however, has yet to publicly respond to the claim. Despite his X account remaining active with posts on unrelated topics, there has been no acknowledgement of St. Clair’s statement.
Just hours after her original post, St. Clair returned to X to express her gratitude to supporters. “In all sincerity, appreciate the kind words. Wish I did not feel the need to make a statement. Kids should be off-limits for journalists,” she wrote. She added that she would be stepping away from social media to focus on her family.
If St. Clair’s claim is accurate, it would make her the fourth woman to have a child with the Tesla and SpaceX billionaire, bringing his total number of children to 13.
Musk already shares five children with his first wife, Justine Wilson including twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian. He also has three children with singer Grimes: X Æ A-Xii (known as X), Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus. Additionally, Musk and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis welcomed twins Strider and Azure in 2021.
As of now, Musk has not responded to the latest claim, leaving many to wonder what the future holds for this growing family.
