The film ‘Fighter’, starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, has made a significant impact at the box office. Directed by Siddharth Anand and featuring Anil Kapoor, the film has grossed over Rs 200 crores globally in a mere four days.
According to Sacnilk, an industry tracker, ‘Fighter’ has amassed a net collection of Rs 208.25 crore at the worldwide box office during its four-day theatrical run. By the end of the fourth day, ‘Fighter’ had earned Rs 118 crore domestically and Rs 66 crore from overseas markets.
‘Fighter’ was launched on January 25 and debuted with a collection of Rs 22.5 crore. The following day, which was Republic Day, the film’s earnings escalated to Rs 39.5 crore at the Indian Box Office.
Siddharth Anand, the director known for his works “Pathaan” and “War,” has crafted ‘Fighter’ as a tribute to the bravery, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Indian armed forces. The film, which also features Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover, Ashutosh Rana, and Sanjeeda Shaikh in key roles, tells the story of Air Dragons, an elite unit formed by the Air Headquarters to counter militant activities in the Srinagar Valley.
