The marriage dispute between Bharatsinh Solanki and his wife has further intensified with his wife now issuing a public notice, denying all the allegations levied against her. In fact, she has said, through her notice that it is because of her care and consistent support that Bharat Solanki had recovered completely after a 102 day stint in an Ahmedabad based hospital following a severe Covid infection.
Today’s notice by Reshma follows her husband and senior Congress leader Bharat Madhavsinh Solanki’s public notice asking people to not indulge in any sort of transaction. Bharat wants a divorce from his second wife of13 years. She is 24 years junior to Bharat who is 67 years of age.
In today’s notice, Reshma claimed terrible mental torture from her husband, who she alleges is threatening her to sign the divorce papers. Reshma said she did not want to separate and was willing to continue her marriage with Bharat if he stops the torture.
Vibes of India spoke to Reshma’s lawyer Nikhil Joshi who issued the notice on her client’s behalf. Joshi said, ” All allegations levied by Bharat against my client are baseless Reshma has not siphoned away any money from Bharat Solanki or has not indulged in any financial transaction without the knowledge of her husband Bharat”.
“There is no misuse of funds or ill behaviour from my clients’ side. It is also not a property dispute”, Joshi said adding that Bharat’s claim of them staying separately for last four years is bogus.
Reshma said in the notice that she nursed Bharat to good health after he came out of the hospital after 101 days of severe Covid.
Reshma asserted that Bharat was lying about the separation. She claimed that they were living separately since two weeks only after a tiff.
“Small tiffs between couples are no big deal and my client hopes to sort out the matter cordially. She is ready to resume her marital life with Bharat”, advocate Joshi said.

As reported by Vibes of India yesterday, Bharat Solanki and Gujarat Congress had both received complaints of Reshma misusing his funds. His name and position were reportedly misused by Reshma for what Bharat’s supporters said, “her personal materialistic ambitions”.
Bharat’s lawyer Kirankumar Tapodhan also told VoI, “We were left with no choice but to give public notice and present my client’s side of the story. We will take further legal actions if the opposite party makes any further false accusations.”
When Vibes of India contacted Reshma, she was not available for the quote.

Our client’s husband, Bharatsinh Madhavsinh Solanki, has, on 13- 07- 2021, sent a public notice through all daily newspapers stating that our client and wife Reshmaben, is acting out of her will, has not been staying with us and such other allegations have been made against our client, following which, our client hereby submits an open reply that our client’s husband Bharatsinh Solanki, when being critically ill due to his Covid infection, our client has nursed him in an utmost manner to revive from deathbed but after his recovery.
His behaviour has taken a sudden change and he has started using foul language for our client and has thrown her out of their house in a pitiable condition and has been misusing his political power to pressure her immensely to gain a divorce from our client and to pressurise her further, he has slapped an open notice; though our client has not misbehaved with Bharatsinh Madhavsinh Solanki.
On the contrary, our client was and is ready to live with him like an ideal life yet without any fault of our client, our client has been subjected to mental torture and our client on being throw out of the house and having taken refuge somewhere else.
Our client has been threatened through different people to be thrown out from a place of refuge too and to pressurise our client and mentally torture her to file for divorce, such an open public notice has been slapped on our client, to which, our client refuses the allegations slapped onto her through the said open public notice. We, through this open clarification reply, deny the allegations.
