CREDAI Gandhinagar to Host ‘Tri-City Property Fest’ from January 10-12

| Updated: January 7, 2025 19:03

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Gandhinagar will host the 2nd edition of the ‘Tri-City Property Fest’ from January 10 to 12, showcasing top real estate projects from Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, and GIFT City.

This event highlights the state’s real estate evolution, with Ahmedabad representing the past through its historical and infrastructural foundations, Gandhinagar symbolising the present with its growing administrative and business centres, and GIFT City looking towards the future with advanced international financial services and urban planning.

CREDAI Gandhinagar Chairman Pravin Patel shared with Vibes of India, “This fest represents Gujarat’s development through world-class infrastructure, advanced technology, and cost-effective projects for homebuyers. The tri-city region is one of India’s fastest-growing areas, and this event provides an unprecedented opportunity for developers and buyers to connect.”

Spanning 8,650 square metres, the event will feature over 120 projects from 65 leading developers, presenting a variety of residential and commercial properties. The fest, to be held at PDEU Metro Circle, is expected to attract over 30,000 visitors and projects valued at over Rs 12,000 crore.

Prospective buyers can enjoy several incentives, including on-the-spot home loan approvals from seven participating banks, discounts up to Rs 1 lakh for outright purchases, and hourly lucky draws. A central feature of the fest is the ‘Bhavishyavani’ campaign, which underscores modern amenities comparable to Ahmedabad’s prime locations like CG Road and SG Highway.

Go Bananas Director Nishit Shah stated, “With rapid growth in Gandhinagar and GIFT City, and numerous upcoming projects, this fest marks a pivotal moment for Gujarat’s real estate sector.”

On January 11, an award ceremony will recognise outstanding exhibitors. QR codes will provide visitors with detailed project information, and a dedicated app will enable direct connections with developers.

Tri-City: Emerging Development Hubs

Gandhinagar, the state’s administrative centre, has witnessed significant growth, boosted by projects like the 80-metre Ring Road, Knowledge Corridor, Sabarmati Riverfront Phase 2, and the Metro Rail project, all enhancing connectivity with Ahmedabad.

GIFT City, India’s only International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), continues to attract global corporations and financial institutions, positioning it as an investment hub. Meanwhile, Ahmedabad, with its cosmopolitan culture and modern infrastructure, supports the region’s overall growth, contributing to one of India’s largest real estate markets.

Highlighting the tri factor, CREDAI Gandhinagar President Jashu Patel told VOI, “This event underscores the transformation of the tri-city region into India’s fastest-growing real estate market, driven by a booming economy, improved connectivity, and world-class infrastructure.”

Sustainability will also be a key focus, with green building projects meeting government-approved guidelines.

Shreeyaa Infrastructure Director Dr Ravi Brahmbhatt added, “We ensure the use of certified materials and adherence to green standards, even for smaller projects. Every developer is now aware of and implementing sustainable practices.”
