CEPT University’s Professional Programs (CPP) has announced the launch of its Professional Certificate Program in Construction Project Management, a six-day intensive on-campus course designed for professionals in architecture, design, planning, and management. Applications are now open for the programme, which is scheduled to run from January 6 to 11, 2025, with technical support from the World Bank. Interested candidates can apply online before December 22, 2024.
Early applicants can benefit from a Rs 12,000 discount if they apply by December 15, 2024. Additionally, women participants and officials working on World Bank-funded projects are eligible for a further discount of Rs 14,000.
The programme is tailored to enhance professional expertise in managing construction projects. It is ideal for civil and construction engineers, structural engineers, architects, site engineers, project managers and professionals in related fields such as real estate and infrastructure development. Upon completion, participants will receive a co-branded certificate from CEPT University and the World Bank.
Highlighting the programme’s objectives, Prof Subhrangsu Goswami, Head of CPP, remarked:

By combining rigorous academic training with real-world insights, we aim to empower participants to tackle challenges, optimise resources and deliver successful projects.”
Since 2010, CPP has provided advanced professional training to over 8,000 professionals from 140 cities, offering courses in urban planning, urban transport, water and sanitation, and various disciplines within the built environment. The initiative bridges the gap between academia, practice, policymaking, and implementation through certificate programmes that draw on CEPT University’s expertise and that of industry practitioners.
