The CEPT University Global Alumni Meet 2025 brought together nearly 500 alumni from 25 cities around the world, including 15 locations across India and 10 international cities such as London, Leicester, New York, Atlanta, Sydney and Toronto.
The meet in India was held across multiple cities, including Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Surat, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Vadodara, while in Ahmedabad, over 150 alumni returned to their alma mater for a memorable gathering with fellow graduates, faculty, staff and students.
Held on the first Saturday of each year, the annual event serves as a platform for alumni from all faculties to reconnect, network, and engage with the broader University community. The event was led by CEPT alumni such as Suresh Patel, Kirit Desai, Nisarg Shah, Mahesh Desai, Poonam Solanki, Sunita Dhote and Gurpreet Singh, along with other prominent alumni across the globe. Their efforts were focused on facilitating the exchange of experiences and memories, motivating younger alumni, and strengthening the camaraderie among those who once called the CEPT campus home.
The 2025 alumni meet highlighted the vibrant and global network of CEPT University graduates, underscoring the importance of these gatherings in fostering lifelong connections, sharing valuable experiences and supporting the University’s ongoing growth and success.

Founded in 1962 as the School of Architecture by the Ahmedabad Education Society, the University was officially established by the CEPT University Act of 2005, enacted by the Government of Gujarat. CEPT University is recognised as a Centre of Excellence by the Government of Gujarat and is also acknowledged by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) of the Government of India as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). The University has numerous ongoing collaborations and exchange programmes with top-ranked institutions worldwide.
