Bollywood And South Stars Head To Ayodhya For Ram Temple Inauguration

The inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 is a historic event that will witness the participation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several dignitaries from various fields, including the Indian film industry. Many actors from Bollywood and the South film industry have been invited to attend the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, which will mark the installation of the idol of Lord Ram in the temple.

On Sunday, several celebrities were seen leaving for Ayodhya from different airports. Rajinikanth, the megastar of Tamil cinema, was spotted at the Chennai airport, where he greeted his fans and well-wishers with a smile and folded hands. His former son-in-law and actor Dhanush also accompanied him to Ayodhya. Pawan Kalyan, the Jana Sena chief and Telugu superstar, arrived in Lucknow on Sunday and expressed his happiness over the event.

From Bollywood, actors Anupam Kher, Vivek Oberoi, Shefali Shah and filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar were among those who left for Ayodhya. Anupam Kher said he was feeling very good and would pray for everyone. Shefali Shah said she was honoured to be invited for one of the biggest cultural moments of the country. Vivek Oberoi and Madhur Bhandarkar also shared their excitement on social media.

Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor and singer-composer Shankar Mahadevan of Shankar Ehsaan Loy fame were also seen in Ayodhya, as they prepared to attend the ceremony on Monday. They said they felt fortunate and blessed to be part of the historic event.

Apart from these, several other Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Hariharan and Randeep Hooda have also received the invitation to attend the ceremony.

The inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is a momentous occasion that has united the nation in a spirit of joy and devotion. The film industry, which reflects the diversity and culture of the country, is also joining the celebrations and showing its respect and reverence for the temple.
