BJP national President J.P. Nadda will pay a three- day visit to Gujarat from April 29. During this visit, he will address 7,000 ‘Mandal’ level workers in Ahmedabad and meet elected representatives in the state party office Kamalam. The BJP President is visiting all the states where elections are due. JP Nadda has visited Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka. He is also expected to visit Rajasthan.
According to the travel schedule, JP Nadda will reach Ahmedabad airport on the morning of April 29. He will head straight to Kamalam where he will hold a meeting with state office bearers and elected representatives. The BJP president will then address a Press conference. From Kamalam, he will go to GMDC where he will address party workers.
From Ahmedabad, he will go to Vadodara and attend a religious function. He will then proceed to Surat. The following day, on the morning of April 30, he will join the one-day-one-district programme with state president C.R. Paatil. He will also hold meetings with various leaders and activists of Surat district. On May 1, he will join the Gujarat Foundation Day programme and also join the state level programme to be held in Patan.
The visit of the national BJP president is very important. It was only last week that the BJP state in-charge Bhupendra Yadav visited Gujarat and reviewed the organization and the functioning of the government. After his election-oriented plans, the BJP president’s Gujarat tour will be a boost to the activities of the party before the polls due in December.
