At the Saurashtra Real Estate Summit in Rajkot on Monday, BJP MP C.R. Patil assured home investors of value returns on their property investments in Rajkot. “Builders are integral to society. They make homes where generations live. Real estate is a booming business and the third largest employment avenue in India. Often, foul play and vendetta politics impedes projects. However, under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, homes are being made at an affordable cost. Banks schemes have been initiated to help the middle class with home loans,” stated Patil.
Stressing on the fact that Rajkot is a microcosm of Saurashtra, he hailed the meeting as a mirror into future home prospects for people of the district. “To facilitate building a new India, the Modi government has eased rules and set up help desks for its citizens. The Builders’ Association is committed to honoring its commitment and the state government is looking at maximizing employment opportunities from their projects,”his speech added.
