Bharatiya Janta Party is known for its meticulous planning and rigorous execution. The Party that fights even a municipal election in full gusto is now gearing up for Gujarat Elections 2022. Union Ministers Amit Shah and Bhupender Yadav are leaving no stones unturned to achieve Mission 182. They presided over the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) two-day chintan shivir on the Bavla-Nalsarovar road in Ahmedabad district on Sunday.
Gujarat co-incharge Sudhir Gupta, State party chief CR Paatil, and chief minister Bhupendra Patel were all present at the Shivir –to discuss strategy for addressing inflation, education, and health issues.
During the meeting, five eminent ministers of the government, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi, Health Minister Rushikesh Patel, Education Minister and government spokesperson Jitu Vaghani were also present.
Notably, this is the first such chintan shivir since Bhupendra Patel took over as Gujarat chief minister. It is also likely to be the last such shivir before the assembly elections later this year.
The goal is to complete Mission 182 with the support of government, organisation and RSS. The presence of National General Secretary (Organization) Minister BL Santhosh, and Gujarat General Secretary (Organisation) Ratnakar–vouched for the RSS representation in the event.
During the meeting, State Chief CR Paatil emphasised on the activities and future events of the organisation. Well-placed sources confirm that the closed-door meeting held in two sessions focused on various political situations and the strategies to combat the Aam Aadmi party’s aggression in the State.
During this meeting, the most important aspect was the presence of former Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, former Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel and Tribal Minister of Gujarat Government Ganpat Vasava. Under the new government and new circumstances, the three leaders were sidelined. The intention was expressed to take the policies of the government to the people and increase communication with the beneficiaries.
Meanwhile, Gujarat BJP President CR Paatil has already begun his tour to 43 districts in the state under the “One Day One District” program. The aim is to know the pulse of the masses and form the strategies accordingly.
No statement against Naresh Patel
During the shivir, an important decision was taken that no statement against Patidar leader Naresh Patel will be made by the spokespersons of the BJP until he makes up his mind on joining any other political party. Recently many BJP leaders had given statements against the head of Leuva Patidar Samaj, Naresh Patel.
Hardik Patel is nowhere in the scene
While there are speculations of Patidar leader Hardik Patel joining BJP; the Congress leader was given a complete miss in the Chintan Shivir. It seems like BJP has better things to discuss.
