 Big B Takes a Trip Down the Memory Lane, Shares Picture of Fans in a “Mile Long” Queue

Actor Amitabh Bachchan got all nostalgic as he shared a monochrome picture on Instagram of fans waiting in a long queue to book tickets for his film Don in 1978.

He remarks in the caption “Kya din the woh bhi!! With 5 blockbusters in one year – Trishul, DON, Muqaddar ka Sikandar, Ganga ki Saugandh and Kasme Vaade.. Some of them ran more than 50 weeks”. The post was well received by many celebrities and fans. Fans commented stuff like “Jalwaa tha Jalwaa hai.. Jalwaa rahega aapka.”, “ and another commented                “I had watched Don at film center..my dad was an assistant cinematographer in don.. I was fortunate enough to watch it. “ while a third said “ Sir your performances in those movies were extraordinary. Superb acting”

Celebrities such as Usha Jadhav and Maniesh Paul also commented on the star’s picture. 

The beloved Bollywood actor will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji’s latest arrival Brahmastra. The cast includes  Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. Amitabh Bachchan will be seen as Guru in the film, the wiser leader who holds Prabhastra. The film will be unveiled in theaters on September 9. Besides Brahmastra, Big B shall be seen hosting the next season of Kaun Banega Crorepati and in films such as Goodbye, Project K and Uunchai.
