Four people were killed in an accident early Wednesday morning in Gujarat. A tragic accident took place after a car collided with a truck on Nava Bandar Road in Bhavnagar. Upon learning of the accident, the police rushed to the spot and started evacuating all the injured to the hospital.
According to police, the four men in the car used to work at the port as drivers and laborers. They were coming out of the port in a car and going home in the morning. Meanwhile, an empty truck was going to load coal at the port and that is when their car collided with the truck.
Notably, all four people injured in the accident were taken to the hospital via ambulance, but they died before reaching the hospital. The doctor pronounced all the four dead on arrival at the hospital.
According to police, the deceased has been identified as Dharmesh Chohan, Dharmesh Parmar, Haresh Rathore and Rahul Rathore.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem for the reports and further investigations into the case are underway by the police.
