There seems to be no amicable end to the ongoing couple war between senior Congress leader Bharat Solanki and his estranged wife Reshma.
The feud between the couple, Bharatsinh and Reshma Patel seems to have gone out of hands. The private matter went public when the Congress leader took the initiative and sent a legal notice to his second wife of 13 years disowning her and warning the public to not deal with her.
Now, Reshma, the wife has issued yet another notice claiming that she has a share in his property. The notice also alleges that Bharatsinh has transferred more than 3 Lakh dollars (Rs 22, 230, 780) from his wife’s Bank of America account to the accounts of “Manishaben and other online accounts.” Her lawyer insisted that if Bharatsinh doesn’t return the amount legal actions will be taken from their side.
The clash took a new direction when Reshma gave notice to Bharatsinh regarding the immovable and movable property. Her lawyer Nikhil Joshi furnished a notice on Aug 4. The Vadodara-based lawyer highlighted the case that she was removed from the Borsad, Anand district house owned by Bharatsinh, she was left with no place to stay and above that, she was also getting death threats. Reshma has said that she has been forced to go back to America following these death threats..

Gujarat Congress’ top leader’s marriage dispute with wife goes public
Earlier, the wife had replied to Bharatsinh’s notice. A notice given through her lawyer said that the wife of our client Reshmaben Bharatsinh Solanki and daughter of Prakash Chandra Manibhai Patel (now, USA) publicly warned that our client was legally married to Bharatsinh Madhavsinh Solanki. Our client was kicked out of the house due to a dispute with the client’s husband and he issued a public notice in response to which our client disclosed the notice in public in the daily paper dated July 14, 2021.
No one should buy movable and immovable property.
Our client lived at Borsad. Her house was evacuated by her husband Bharatsinh Solanki under threat that our client had no place to stay and her life was in danger. No one should buy movable and immovable property for six months as our client has a share in their property, so if someone buys their property our client will take legal action.
Bharatsinh Solanki has transferred more than three lakh dollars from our client’s Bank of America account to Manishaben and other accounts online without informing our client. If the money is not returned, our client will take legal action from the United States.
Reshma Patel in disclosure in pursuance of the notice given by husband Bharatsinh Solanki further said that my husband Bharatsinh Solanki has given a public notice on 13-7-2021 in which he said that my wife Reshma Patel is not with me and we are not together. In fact, his attitude towards her changed after Bharatsinh came out of Corona’s illness.
