The Aryan Khan drug case took another turn yesterday after the Bombay High Court scheduled the hearing for today at 3pm. The high court has been hearing the matter regularly since Tuesday and is expected to give the final verdict today. Justice Sambre will conduct the hearing today. The hearing is posted as No. 39.
Yesterday, Justice Sambre heard the arguments from the Advocate Mukul Rohtagi representing Aryan Khan. Along with Amit Desai representing Arbaz Merchant and Advocate Kashif Ali Khan representing Munmun Dhamecha.
After hearing arguments from the accused, Justice Sambre said that he would be hearing arguments from Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh who is representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Thursday.

Kiran Gosavi Arrested
Meanwhile, the Pune police has detailed Kiran Gosavi who is a independent witness of the NCB in the Aryan Khan drug case. He has been arrested in connection with a 2018 cheating case registered against him in Maharashtra, officials informed.
He is said to be a private investigator whose photos and videos with Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan went viral over the social media after the NCB raided the cruise at the Mumbai coast on October 2.
Another witness in the case, Prabhakar Sail informed the media that he had overheard Gosavi telling someone over the phone about demanding Rs 25 crores to settle the case. Soon after, Gosavi said that he would surrender to the Lucknow police but never did so. Following this, the Pune police officially arrested him today.
The NCB has earlier said that the prima facie investigation revealed that Aryan Khan used to procure drugs from his friend Arbaaz Merchant who is also involved in the drug case.
