Aris Infra, a 3-year-old company operating in 30 cities across India, has launched a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to address a major challenge in the real estate sector – sourcing raw materials. The platform also offers credit to developers facing financial constraints.
By streamlining the procurement process via their technology platform, which operates through WhatsApp, Aris Infra claims to have reduced turnaround time by up to 70%. This efficiency leads to significant time and cost savings, potentially making housing more affordable.
During the company’s national launch, co-founder Jaxay Shah highlighted the benefits for small-scale material suppliers. He described Aris Infra as a boon, providing these suppliers with a gateway to connect with large developers, who may have previously been inaccessible due to limited resources.
