Recently, Jackman’s co-star in Les Miserables Anne Hathaway disclosed a startling incident where Hugh lost his temper on filming.
Hugh Jackman, a popular star in Hollywood, is renowned for having excellent manners and a chivalrous demeanour, making him the standard for what it means to be a true gentleman. However, Anne Hathaway, Jackman’s Les Miserables co-star, recently disclosed a startling episode in which Jackman lost his composure on set.
Hathaway used the chance to tell behind-the-scenes tales when presenting Jackman with an award at the Hollywood Film Awards. Hathaway’s disclosure about their time spent filming Les Miserables astounded the audience.
“In case you didn’t notice, the day is one of anarchy. So let’s change the narrative. The nicest man in Hollywood, Hugh Jackman, once lost his cool, Hathaway admitted.
She continued by saying that Jackman was exhausted after a long day of filming and that there was a production holdup. Hathaway recalled the day she asked Jackman about his well being and how she was surprised by his response.
Hugh remarked, “Annie, it’s a lot,” while holding his tongue and drawing in a ragged, forceful breath. Hathaway revealed, highlighting the degree of Jackman’s annoyance.
Hathaway affirmed that it was Jackman’s worst behaviour, but she also emphasised his genuinely gentlemanly character. She playfully made the idea that Jackman once admitted to taking two cocktails in one night in an attempt to start another scandal. She swiftly added that he has never taken advantage of his fame to get away with anything or treat others badly.
“Regardless of the circumstance, you are unable to turn the tables on Hugh Jackman.” Hathaway emphasised that Jackman “has never, not once, utilised his artistry to get away with being a jerk.
