Alia Bhatt and her daughter Raha have been in the news for ‘twinning’ recently, in that they wore identical outfits. Alia has often spoken about her pregnancy phase and how she bonds with her daughter today.
Her nutritionist Suman Agarwal has recently revealed an interesting tidbit. She disclosed the name of the Bengali sweet that Alia craved for when she was pregnant in 2022.
Speaking in a podcast, she said that Alia craved Kolkata’s ‘nolen gud’ (jaggery made of date palm) ‘sandesh’ throughout her pregnancy. The nutritionist said the actress would be supplied with this sweet. She added that Indian sweets are good for pregnant women.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married in April 2022 and welcomed their daughter, Raha in November that year. Recently, Alia shared her first picture with Raha where she is holding her one-year-old daughter in her arms.
“I write emails to my daughter. I started doing this the month she was born,” Alia revealed recently to the media. “I created an email ID and I write to her. Recently, I found myself writing her an email, saying, ‘I’m not one to tell you what to do. Even as your mother, I want you to be your own person. The only thing I wish for you is to be kind and work hard, no matter what you do in life. Work hard on yourself, your relationships, and your career. Just go through the day being kind,” she added.
Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s blockbuster ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’. She will be seen next in ‘Jigra’, for which shooting has been completed. Another upcoming project is a YRF Spy Universe film.
