Ahmedabad: The Western railway is carrying out doubling works between Anand and Ode stations in Anand-Godhra section, which will affect the train services on Ahmedabad – Vadodara route from 1st to 4th March.
Several trains will be cancelled or partially cancelled during this period. The passengers are advised to check the status of their trains before travelling.
The following trains will be cancelled on the respective dates:
- 1st March: Vadodara – Ahmedabad memu special, Anand – Ahmedabad memu special, Anand – Gandhinagar memu special, Indore – Gandhinagar Shanti express.
- 2nd March: Indore – Gandhinagar Shanti express, Dadar – Bhuj Sayaji Nagri express, Bhuj – Dadar Sayaji nagri express.
- 2nd and 3rd March: Vaodara-Ahmedabad memu special, Ahmedabad – Anand memu special, Ahmedabad – Vadodara memu special, Vadodara – Ahmedabad memu special, Ahmedabad – Vadodara memu special, Vadodara – Ahmedabad memu, Ahmedabad – Vadodara memu, Ahmedabad – Anand memu, Vadodara – Ahmedabad memu special, Vadodara – Ahmedabad memu special, Anand – Gandhinagar memu special, Gandhinagar – Anand memu special, Ahmedabad – Vadodara intercity express, Vadodara – Ahmedabad intercity express, Gandhinagar – Indore Shanti express.
- 4th March: Vaodada – Ahmedabad memu special, Gandhinagar – Anand memu special.
The following trains will be partially cancelled on 2nd and 3rd March:
- Mumbai Central – Ahmedabad Gujarat Express: It will terminate at Vadodara and will not run beyond Vadodara.
- Amedabad – Valsad Gujarat Queen Express: It will not run between Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
- Jamnagar-Vadodara intercity express: It will terminate at Ahmedabad and will not run beyond Ahmedabad.
- Vadodara – Jamnagar intercity express: It will originate from Ahmedabad and will not run between Vadodara and Ahmedabad.
