With the increasing usage of technology over the last few years, the use of grounded surveillance on the Indian borders has also increased. The Indian border, which stretches for thousands of kilometers, is in constant dispute with Pakistan and China. Hence to keep a watch on this, the borders are constantly monitored by the Indian Army with the help of a high-tech camera that could spot an army or equipment which is even 30 km away. Although India still relies on countries like the US, Russia, and Israel, India is getting a foothold in this matter.
The Army is setting up special surveillance cameras at the Chinese border to monitor and the cameras are designed in an Ahmedabad-based startup Optimized Electrotech. Sandeep Shah, the co-founder of Optimise Electrotech, told that a camera made by us has been installed at the Chinese border for trial purposes to see the results of the camera. And it was stirring to find out that the camera captures cross-border infiltration as well as the movement of troops from neighboring nations.
