A case of abduction of a youth who was going with his friends near Thaltej Gurudwara in Ahmedabad city has come to light. In which two men with scarves on their faces forcibly took the youth away on a bike.
According to the details obtained, Mohanbhai Tabiyal, a native of Rajasthan and currently living in Thaltej area, earns a living by doing odd jobs for his family. His eldest son Medhraj (19) was passing through the street of Bharwadvas behind Thaltej Gurudwara with his friend Jagdish yesterday. At that time, two men with scarves on their faces came on a bike. They grabbed Medhraj and forcibly took him away on a bike.
In this regard, Jagdish informed Mohanbhai, who immediately called Medhraj. But his phone was switched off. So Mohanbhai also checked at his relatives’ houses. But he could not find his son anywhere. Mohanbhai lodged a complaint of abduction of his son at Bodakdev police station.
Currently, Bodakdev police have registered a case against two unknown men on a bike under IPC sections 365, 114 based on Mohanbhai’s complaint and initiated legal action.
