Many Bollywood actors experience immense success only to face a decline in their careers. Raj Kiran is one such actor who was successful in Bollywood films during the eighties, but is now untraceable.
After many films, notably ‘Karz’ and ‘Arth’, when Raj Kiran’s career declined, he went into depression and faced some domestic crises as well. In the early 2000s, he was admitted to a mental health facility in Byculla in Mumbai. After this, the actor disappeared.
Raj Kiran’s lesser-known daughter Rishika Mahtani chooses to stay away from the limelight. She is a small business owner of a jewellery brand named RishFine. She is married to Ravi Shah, who reportedly lives in Chicago.
Rishika was in the spotlight when she started looking for her father. Raj Kiran’s friend Deepti Naval has urged people through Facebook to help find him. She said that she had heard that he was driving a cab in New York. However, these may be rumours.
Rishika maintains that the family is still searching for him. No one has a clue about the actor’s whereabouts as of now.
