After two days, which saw the market lose Rs. 9.21 lakh crore, investors on Tuesday were relieved as it recovered around 500 points.
Yesterday, on BSE as many as 2699 stocks were in red, record 540 stocks were seen hitting the lower circuit and 90 stocks touched 52 week low.
Today, the market witnessed 2281 stocks ending in green which emphasises the trust shown by the small investors in the market. As many as 199 securities from small-cap space were seen hitting a 52 week high.

Important to note here is that,C.E. Info Systems(Mapmyindia) got listed, IPO had an issue price of Rs.1033, after day trading it ended 35% higher at Rs.1394.55.
With a volume of 91725132 Vodafone-Idea was the most traded company. Stock of the company ended 2.2% higher at Rs. 13.93.
Companies with top market capital like Reliance Inds, Tata Consultancy, HDFC Bank, Infosys and Hindustan Unilever all ended the day in the green.
