A large explosion has rocked the Prashant Vihar area near Rohini in New Delhi on Sunday morning. The authorities stated that although there were no injuries reported, nearby cars and houses sustained damage.
The Delhi police, the National Investigation Agency (NIA), and the National Security Guard (NSG) conducted a comprehensive investigation after finding evidence of low explosives close to the blast site.
Officials reported finding traces of low-grade explosives and materials typically used in crude bombs.
Teams from the Delhi Police, the NIA, and the NSG were swiftly dispatched to the scene, as the explosion is being examined from all possible angles, including the possibility of a terror attack attempt.
The Delhi Police are investigating whether the explosion was intentional and, if so, what message the culprits intended to send.
