Ratan Tata, the 86-year-old industrialist and former chairman of Tata Sons, was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai in the early hours of Monday following a severe drop in blood pressure.
Mr Tata, who was brought in a critical condition, is reportedly receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). A specialised medical team, headed by renowned cardiologist Dr Sharukh Aspi Golwalla, is overseeing his care.
The industrialist tweeted about his health update on X.
His condition is being closely monitored, and further updates on his health are anticipated.
